AltusQ Breakfast Series: Creating your own economy

In the fourth workshop of AltusQ’s 2019 breakfast series, we will be discussing how to make your customers your partners.

The workshop will explore:

  • A process to ensure that the customer always feels that you understand their needs
  • Relationship v transactional based selling
  • How to build a strong sales culture
  • How to transition your team from “order takers” to “order makers”.

You will leave the workshop equipped with new tools and ideas you can use to ensure that you are ready to take advantage of everything that 2019/20 will throw at you.

Coffee, tea and a light breakfast will be provided.
