AltusQ Breakfast Series: Creating your own economy
"Only when the tide goes out do you discover who is swimming naked" – Warren Buffett
The recent election has provided some political certainty, at least at a national level, but economic uncertainty continues to rise. The imperative to bolster your business resilience remains as strong as ever.
One powerful way to prepare yourself for an outgoing tide is to reassess the network of relationships your business relies upon. In the third workshop of AltusQ’s 2019 breakfast series, we will be delving more deeply into how to build or evolve your channels to market to help, “create your own economy”.
The workshop will explore:
- How to identify and evaluate your key channels
- How to build deeper trust in your referral relationships
- The unspoken concerns or “fears” that inhibit business-to-business relationships
- How to transition your team from “order takers” to “order makers”.
You will leave the workshop equipped with new tools and ideas to use immediately to ensure that you are ready to respond to and take advantage of anything that 2019/20 may throw at you.
Coffee, tea and a light breakfast will be provided.
